Take your performance everywhere with the TrackMan Golf App — free on iOS and Android.

• Connect Your Profile: Log in before your session to record every shot, round, and stat automatically.
• TrackMan Handicap: Earn a unique, data-driven handicap based on your actual play.
• Performance Tracking: Access detailed club and ball data, shot dispersion charts, and trends over time.
• Compete Worldwide: Join online tournaments or compare your results with friends and players across the globe.
• If you don’t already have a TrackMan account, our team can help you get set up before your session.

• £20 per hour, before 6pm
• £5 per additional player

• £40 after 6pm for up to 5 players

🕗 Opening Times

• Open daily from 8:00 am
• Minimum booking: 1 hour
• Last entry: 6:00 pm
• Same-day bookings: accepted until 5:00 pm

• Our simulator uses the latest TrackMan 4 dual-radar and impact camera system, paired with 4K ultra-realistic graphics — delivering unmatched precision and feedback.
• Golf balls provided
• Bring your own clubs or hire a set from us
• Please note: no spikes permitted in the simulator

☕ Facilities

• Relax between shots in our comfortable lounge area.
• Enjoy direct intercom access to the clubhouse for food or drink orders.
• Ambient lighting and USB charging ports are available for your convenience.

🍴 Food & Drink

• Order freshly prepared meals or snacks directly to your simulator bay.
• A full bar menu is also available — subject to kitchen and bar opening hours - usually the kitchen closes at 4pm.

📅 Booking Advice & Cancellation Policy

• Allow approximately 1 hour per player for 18 holes.
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure setup and a prompt tee-off.
• Report to the Pro Shop upon arrival.
• Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.

⏰ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or amend a booking.
• Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your session, will result in the loss of your prepayment.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your booking without penalty, subject to availability.
• Refunds: Refunds are only issued if a cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance or if the facility must close due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked time.
  Late arrival may shorten your session but will not extend your booking.
